Tapioca Pearl Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Acelytated Starch, Tapioca Specification Starch, Caramel, Water, Sodium Carboxy Methylcellulose (CMC), Dehydroacetic Acid (DHA), Sodium Hydrogen Diacetate (SDA).

Strawberry Powder Ingredients: Sugar, Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Strawberry Powder (Strawberry, Sucrose, Maize Starch, Sunflower Lecithin), Sodium Caseinate, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, Dipotassium Phosphate, Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Citrate, Guar Gum, Sodium Silicoaluminate, Xanthan Gum, Dextrose, Carrageenan, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Red 40, Annatto.

Boba is best used after cooking! But when saving leftover boba, keep refrigerated with simple syrup for several days and microwaved when using. Boba gradually hardens as they sit refrigerated. We hope you enjoy!!
